This is a series of illustrated interviews carried out in partnership with JSR, a creative agency that represents some of the finest photographers, illustrators and motion artists around. The concept behind is always the same: 5 inputs to which illustrators respond through sketches. Not something complex and elaborate, but just sketches on paper, as when as children we give shape to our imagination.
Over fifteen fast-paced, exciting years of hard won improvement and innovation, JSR Agency has grown into a creative management agency that represents some of the finest artists in the industry.
JSR was founded in 2006 and today represents over 50 artists. Thanks to a team of 15 people in their London office JSR has adapted to become a modern creative agency for the needs of a new world of communication.

Cécile Gariépy is an illustrator from Montreal. She loves images that tell stories. She creates illustrations for various mediums and clients, ranging from American newspapers to French food products packaging, including the annual birthday card for her mother. Her work is playful and puts emphasis on colour, composition and character design. Cécile is afraid of finding monsters under her bed, but other than that, it’s all good.
