Not everyone is comfortable with words, some people are able to fully express themselves with music, others with images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new format: we give 5 inputs to some of the illustrators we like most and ask them to respond through drawings. Not something complex and elaborate, just sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination.
Cecilia Castelli is an Italian illustrator based in Barcelona. She works for both the publishing and commercial industry with the aim of expressing complex themes in the simplest and most direct way possible.
Her clients include Facebook, Ikea, Cosmopolitan, and Time magazine.
Her work was defined as brilliant, optimistic and full of humanity.
