Not everyone is comfortable with words, some people are able to fully express themselves with music, others with images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new format: we give 5 inputs to some of the illustrators we like most and ask them to respond through drawings. Not something complex and elaborate, just sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination.
Alessandro Ferrari is a communication designer and illustrator based in Milan, Italy. He works full-time as a graphic designer in a creative agency, but when the night falls he dedicates himself to music and illustration. Inspired by Fauvism and Japanese art, he plays with vivid colours and sharp shadows. He likes to paint glimpses of Bohemian life where women and cats are the undisputed protagonists.
