Not everyone is comfortable with words, some people are able to fully express themselves with music, others with images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new format: we give 5 inputs to some of the illustrators we like most and ask them to respond through drawings. Not something complex and elaborate, just sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination.
Juani Bengali is the creative alter ego of Spanish born illustrator and architect Ana García López. She lived in Lisbon, Prague, London and Barcelona. She started her career as an architect in London and moved to illustration before moving to Barcelona. Her work is fun, playful and full of colours. The topics of her illustrations are usually the body of woman and animals. Ana has recently started her freelance journey as an illustrator and designer and she is enthusiastic about it.
